Basic information on data protection

Purpose: We process your data to manage your notice, providing adequate protection against retaliation, in compliance with the requirements of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and the fight against the corruption.

Communication of data to third parties: Personal data may be communicated to the Judicial Authority, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent administrative authority within the framework of the criminal, disciplinary or sanctioning investigation.

Conservation period for personal data: The data of the person making the communication and of the employed personnel and third parties will be kept in the system only for the time necessary to decide whether to initiate an investigation into the reported facts. If it is proven that the information provided or part of it is not truthful, it will be immediately deleted from the moment there is evidence of said circumstance, unless said lack of truthfulness may constitute a criminal offense, in which case it will be kept. the information for the necessary time during which the judicial procedure is processed. In any case, after three months from the introduction of the data, it will be deleted from the system, unless the data is kept to leave evidence of the operation of the system.

Rights: Access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions.
