Cartagena Puerto de Culturas is aware of the value of our historical-cultural heritage, the importance of its enhancement, knowledge and dissemination, as well as the enormous significance it represents for the economic and social development of the municipality of Cartagena. For this reason, it is committed to establishing a quality and sustainability system in the services provided. Since 2020, we began to have the distinctive “Commitment to Tourism Quality” from SICTED and during 2023-2024 we have worked to achieve the Q for Quality and S for Sustainability certifications from ICTES.
