The claim procedure set forth in article 13 of RD 1112/2018 , of September 7, will enter into force on September 20, 2020.
Optional content
The currently visible version of this website is from December 2015 and on that date the accessibility level in force at that time was reviewed (compliance with priorities 1 and 2 of the UNE 139803: 2012 standard , in accordance with what was established the Royal Decree 1494/2007 , of 12 November, approving the Regulation on the basic conditions for access of the disabled to technologies, products and services related to information society and media ).
From that date, periodic partial reviews of the new or modified web content are carried out, both of the templates and of the pages and final documents published, in order to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements that are currently those of A, AA of the WCAG 2.0 standard , considering the exceptions of Royal Decree 112/2018 , of September 7.
Additionally, this website is reviewed by the Electronic Administration Observatory (OBSAE), the last revision having been carried out in June 2018.
Among others, the following measures are adopted to facilitate accessibility:
